The M100 Attiva is the premiere espresso machine from La Cimbali. La Cimbali meticulously redesigned the M100 Attiva with every detail in mind. With an improved thermal system, ergonomics, and interface the machine is definitely worth considering.
Thermal System
This manages the pressure profile for every drink selection and introduces the ability to customize the infusion stage, which ensures better quality and makes the pressure profiles more repeatable.
Ergonomics
It features two cold-touch steam wands that helps to avoid burns. One steam wand is La Cimbali’s Turbosteam 4 wand which enables 4 different milk frothing presets. These presets are easily accessed through the 4 dedicated buttons above and allow for an increased efficiency when frothing milk in various sized milk jugs.
New Interface
Additionally, the integrated electromechanical keys and OLED display on the M100 Attiva help coffee-making operations more user-friendly. The buttons make it possible to give immediate commands, while the OLED display allows for control over various parameters, such as the number of seconds to dispense the drink, the water temperature in the boiler, and the pressure.
