This is the machine that revolutionized the way espresso is made. This machine was the first machine to use a volumetric pump to provide the water the ideal 9 bar-atmospheric pressure while maintaining it throughout the entire extraction process unlike the lever machines of the day.
This machine features an automatic boiler fill, a built in volumetric pump, two pressure gauges to control the pump and the boiler pressure, and an adjustable thermal balancing system.
